| ORDER RESULTING FROM THE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE CALL HELD ON DECEMBER 18, 2018

[1] At the case management conference call (CMCC) held on December 18, 2018, the parties agreed that the hearing would be held in Sherbrooke, on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
[2] At the CMCC, the Applicant confirmed that it did not contest the facts in the file regarding the condition of the hogs and it would rather focus on the issue concerning the control of the hogs and the amount of the administrative monetary penalty.
[3] The parties agreed to call one witness each, namely, Ms. Dumontier for the Respondent and Mr. Fortin for the Applicant.
